I’m writing this entry after having an article on Metal Injection today. As all my fellow metalheads know,
“Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe is being detained in a Czech prison on allegations that he pushed a fan at a 2010 show in Prague, and the fan suffered injuries from that push that eventually led to his death. Any footage released from the show does not show the incident.”
- from MetalInjection.com
This is the downside of being a public figure. If the accused was someone who was not famous, no one would know or hunt his ass down. That’s the truth. How can you detain a man when you don’t have clear evidence and about an incident 2 years ago? That is fucking bullshit. It’s been a month since he has been in there and the bail is 400,000$.
Aside from there being no proof of Randy being guilty of this, for anyone to be charged with manslaughter because of pushing someone that dies 2 years later is; in my opinion, bullshit. Even if they die. You obviously didn’t want to kill the other person. How come intention is not the judging factor while scum like James Holmes is not even getting charged with the death penalty for sure on grounds of mental illness?
Honestly in the angering case of Randy Blythe, the only thing that’s good to know is that not only The United States has a bullshit legal system.
Research the case of Randy in more depth-
